How Does It Work?
The first thing we noticed when starting the 7 Minute Muscle is the fact that it has a slight learning curve, which is a good thing! Nothing that comes without having to work for it will last very long, and that is exactly how 7 Minute Muscle is.

After testing 7 Minute Muscle we are left with some great muscle and a good feeling. The results of the program are good and it is in fact fun!
Besides the intense workouts, the hardest part was getting used to the daily walks in the morning on an empty stomach.
7 Minute Muscle is not the workout to end all workouts but it provides good results if you are willing to work really hard for it. If you enjoy more relaxed workout programs this may not be the workout for you.
