How Does It Work?
The Turbulence Training system is built for both men and women and it have three parts. The warm-up which last about 5 minutes, the resistance (strength) training that last for 15-20min and lastly 15-20min of interval (cardio) training.
Every exercise is well illustrated with color pictures so there is no problem understanding the different exercises if you are new to the whole thing called "workout".
Turbulence Training is written by Chris Ballantyne, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and author of many articles found in popular magazines like Oxygen, Men's Health, Maximum Fitness and many more so he is what you could call an expert, and this is also represented in the Turbulence Training book and at times we almost found that there are too much information, especially if you are new to strength training.
The workout system focuses almost solely on workout to lose weight and not so much on the diet part. You will get a fair idea on how you should eat properly, but strength and interval training is in the spotlight.

What About The Results?
The intensity in Turbulence Training is quite high especially for the higher level workouts, but luckily there are several stages so you can go for the beginner course if you wish and work your way up from there.
We got some noticeable results from TT, and felt that it is a great workout for the entire body. If you're looking for working out on specific areas alone (like reducing your tummy fat) there might be better options available, but you always get the best weight reduction from working your entire body.
If you are looking to build muscle rather than reducing weight, You will have more success with one of the many bonus books included as a bonus in Turbulence Training.

The Turbulence Training includes up to 11 additional ebooks for you to enjoy along with the 128 pages in the original book.

Conclusion:
Turbulence Training contains a lot of powerful and useful tools and information. And some we get some very noticeable results.
What's good about Turbulence Training is the massive amount of different workouts you are able to build yourself from the 11 books that comes with the deluxe edition. When you become familiar with how your body reacts to the workouts (which happen while using the standard workouts) you will have the knowledge to build a powerful personal workout that works the best for you and your needs.
What we miss in Turbulence Training is a good diet plan to go with the well laid out workout schedules. But like we mentioned, the focus of Turbulence Training is losing weight by workout out and increasing your metabolism. If you use Turbulence Training with the Diet plan in Strip That Fat You will get a very powerful combination!
One point that we found very nice is the contract. Only 10% write down their goals, and of 65% of those 10% reach their goals by making note of why, when and how they are going to reach their goals.
Score: 7 out of 10
